A climate-friendly government will do more to prevent climate change. Go vote!
According to https://m.phys.org/news/2017-07-effective-individual-tackle-climate-discussed.html there have been four major actions identified that most substantially decrease an individual's carbon footprint:
- eating a plant-based diet
- avoiding air travel
- living car-free
- having smaller families

- We have to realize that the source of resources and energy is not infinite
- We have to adapt our lifestyle or change certain patterns of behavior
- We need to be educated so that we can distinguish real news from fake news, thereby minimizing the bias of certain institutions in favor of their benefits
- We need to educate ourselves based on independent information and educate others about these findings
- We must elect the politicians who help us to achieve these goals of sustainability and not act for the benefit of industrial groups and other similar institutions, and we must monitor the actions of these politicians
- etc.
We (you and me) have to take action now.
